Counsellor/Psychotherapist
Hi, I’m a therapist based in Aberdeen, offering both online therapy across the UK and in-person sessions in Aberdeen city centre.
I hold a Master’s in Counselling from the University of Aberdeen, a prior degree in Psychology, and I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I’m committed to ethical, professional practice and work in line with the values and standards set out by the BACP.
Over the past two years, I’ve supported individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and identity-related challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-led—therapy with me feels like a genuine conversation where you’re deeply heard and understood. Drawing from person-centred and emotion-focused approaches, I support you in making sense of your emotions and reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels safe, empowering, and at your pace.
I’m passionate about creating an inclusive, affirming space for people from all walks of life, including LGBTQ+ and multicultural communities. My practice is grounded in an understanding of how personal struggles often intersect with wider social and systemic forces, and I hold this awareness at the heart of my work.
Right now, I’m furthering my training in relationship counselling, but I currently work with individuals. I truly believe in therapy as a space for growth, healing, and self-discovery—and it’s a privilege to be part of that journey with my clients.

Therapy is personal, and finding the right therapist matters. That’s why I offer a free initial consultation—not a full session, but a chance to discuss what’s bringing you to therapy and how I can help
