Counselling/Therapy
Hi, I’m a counsellor/therapist based in Aberdeen, offering online therapy to clients across the UK and internationally. I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) - as such I am governed by and uphold the ethics and standards of this professional body.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-led. I draw from person-centred, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic approaches, tailoring the work to each individual’s needs.

Therapy is personal, and finding the right therapist matters. That’s why I offer a free initial consultation; not a full session, but a chance to discuss what’s bringing you to therapy and how I can help.
Fees: £55 (UK) | €70 (Europe)
There isn’t a fixed number of sessions, as it really depends on what you’re looking for and what feels right for you. Some people come in for short-term work (around 6-8 sessions), while others prefer longer-term support. We can review this together as we go and decide what feels most helpful for you.
Yes - Confidentiality is a key part of counselling & everything shared stays between us, except in rare cases when there’s a risk of serious harm/abuse or where there are legal obligations. I’ll explain this clearly before our first session.
That's completely okay. It’s not uncommon for people to have tried therapy before and felt it didn’t quite help. Every therapist works differently, and the relationship you build with them can make a big difference. We can take some time to explore what didn’t feel helpful in your previous experience and what you’re hoping for now. That way, we can shape the work in a way that feels more suited to you
